How do sessions work?
All sessions are conducted via video call on the Solve4x platform. After purchase, you'll receive access to book sessions based on availability. Each session is recorded, transcribed, and summarised with action items.
What's included in bulk packages?
Bulk packages include the specified number of sessions plus email support between sessions. You'll also get access to all your session recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
How does the monthly subscription work?
The monthly retainer includes 4 sessions per month, priority scheduling, and unlimited email/WhatsApp support. Cancel anytime. Sessions don't roll over.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before at no cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will count as a used session.
